Voice Coaching
Voice Coach Houston: Come Find Your Voice Again
You don't need to hit a note first. What comes first is believing your voice is worth using again — the technique follows.
That's the work Tatiana does: heart-centered instruction, rooted in over twenty years of classical training, built around one belief — your voice is an expression of you, not just a technical instrument to be tuned.
It's part of why she teaches at all. She spent years believing her own voice didn't matter — silenced by seasons of grief and by people who should have protected it — and she's not interested in handing you a technique-only lesson that skips past that. Every session holds both: real vocal work, and room for whatever's actually going on underneath it.
What Happens in a Session
Sessions pair real technique — breath, tone, range — with honest conversation about what's actually holding your voice back. Some students come to sing better. Many come to speak with more confidence, or to stop apologizing every time they open their mouth. Both are welcome here.
You work at your own pace. Some weeks are pure technique. Some weeks are about the fear that shows up right before the note does.
Is This Only for Singers?
No. Many students come to reclaim confidence in how they speak, present, or simply take up space in a room. If you sing already, the work builds your instrument. If you've never sung a note in your life, it starts exactly there. That's true whether you're getting on a stage, leading a meeting, or just trying to say what you mean at the dinner table without your voice shaking.
Her Background
Piano at two. Violin at three. The youngest member of a youth orchestra by six. A soloist with the Salem Chamber Orchestra at thirteen. Studies in violin at Willamette University, worship arts at Corban University, and a scholarship to the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. Years serving as a worship leader and Concert Mistress at Corban. Tatiana brings all of it — the discipline of a classical education and the warmth of someone who has personally walked through losing her voice and finding it again — into every session. She's also been featured in a feature interview with Voyage Houston, telling more of that training story in her own words.
